College Recruiting at Career Fairs
Two 10ft step-and-repeat backlit display configured as a 20ft display
The Tennessee State University College of Agriculture recognized the perfect opportunity to recruit future students at the recent National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, IN. Having exhibited at the event before with great success, they knew this was a prime venue, but they also realized that the setup process for their displays was taking too much time and effort.
Their existing display consisted of a tube frame with zipper pillowcase graphics, which required too many parts and was too time-consuming to assemble.
Trade Show Tools proposed a more efficient solution: an easy-to-set-up pop-up display with backlit step-and-repeat graphics. This new setup would not only save time but also attract more attention and visitors, ultimately leading to more TSU recruits. The graphics are attached directly to the frame, allowing the display to "pop up" effortlessly. Easy to assemble and install T5 light sticks illuminate the graphics.
While most of TSU's events typically use a 10ft display, this particular expo required a 20ft booth space. No problem—by placing two 10ft displays side by side, TSU created an impressive 20ft backwall!
In addition to the 20ft display, the TSU College of Agriculture uses several smaller branded displays such as banner stands, tabletop displays and printed table skirts. All easy-to-setup, but with high impact appeal at recruiting events, expos, even large conventions like the National FFA Convention & Expo.
